Processing Time
We usually dispatch within 24 hours of ordering. However, due to peak times or high demand, sometimes it can take up to 3 business days for an order to be fulfilled. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to deliver your order ASAP.

Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that is out of our control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to solve any situation.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are preordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and received only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at Support@bazarcoo.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Returns
By placing an order on Bazarcoo, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Bazarcoo. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Bazarcoo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier with the tracking information provided to you via email.

To begin initiating a return, within 60 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our address and reach out to our customer support team at Support@bazarcoo.com to confirm the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only refund items if they are defective or arrive damaged.
We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at Support@bazarcoo.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For any product valued over $30, you should consider using a trackable. shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
